THE BLUEPRINT

Some partnerships are simply a fit.

A blueprint for ownership. A platform for possibility.

Fulton Forward’s focus on financial literacy, homeownership, and economic empowerment creates a natural foundation for this partnership. JAY-DAY brings those priorities into a welcoming cultural setting where young people, families, creatives, and entrepreneurs can connect learning with their own ambitions.

The centerpiece, THE JAY-Z SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, uses JAY-Z’s entrepreneurial journey as a springboard for practical conversations about credit, business banking, ownership, and long-term wealth building. TEOS Event Design invites Fulton Bank to help turn cultural curiosity into useful next steps.

The opportunity

One night doesn't retell a legacy. The experience has to earn its place inside one.

On JAY-Z's birthday, Baltimore becomes the stage for a three-act cultural experience. Guests move from literacy and art in the morning to business and fashion in the afternoon, then into music and celebration at night.

Purpose beyond the party

Every partnership gives back.

TEOS Event Design intends for JAY-DAY to raise funds in support of the Shawn Carter Foundation’s educational mission. Selected guest experiences are envisioned to contribute a portion of proceeds, with beneficiary arrangements and contribution details to be finalized.

His journey gives young people, particularly Black boys and girls, the chance to see possibility reflected back at them.

The long view Baltimore is the beginning.

The ambition extends beyond a small local event: an annual destination experience, envisioned for 2026, 2027, and 2028, and a traveling, museum-quality cultural platform. Fulton Bank could help establish a repeatable financial education program that grows with the experience across communities.
